I am studing food engineering, and I would like to work on something related to my studies, although I would like to be a researcher outside out side of Chile in other country, the salary is not very good I want to investigate to contribute to science. But I would like to work on something new and out of the ordinary. If you search in internet "the rarest jobs and better paid in the world" you will find several entertaining jobs in the food area. One of the most interesting is professional tester, for example tester of candies, ice cream, french fries, alcohol like wine, pisco, whisky, vodka and many more foods. The job is to eat or drink, to know the quality of the food and if it is in good condition, and all food companies have a professional tester like carozzi, ccu, coco cola, etc. Even the mesh of the engineering of food career in the university of Chile has the sensory evaluation subject wich consists in testing the quality of food through our five senses(sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch).I would like to do in the future professional tester because I like eat food, and for this I consider it is my perfect and entertaining job.
